Accommodation capacity

Q : How many people can be accepted per accommodation ?
A : For security and insurance reasons, the maximum number of people allowed in mobile homes
must not be exceeded. The maximum capacity of our pitches and mobile homes is 6 people.
During your booking mention the names, first names and ages of all occupants (baby included). If you
have omitted to mention a person, please contact us on

Q : Is a baby considered as a person ?
A : Yes a baby is considered as a person


Q : How many vehicles are allowed per booking? Where to park?

A : Only one vehicle is authorized per pitch. You can park the second one in the campsite carpark.

Tourist tax

Q : What is the tourist tax ?
A : The tourist tax is collected on behalf of the municipalities and can be increased by an additional
departmental tax. The tourist tax per day and per person 18 old and over is 0.61 cents.

Booking cancellation

Q : How cancell a booking ?

A : If you have subscribed to the insurance cancellation offered by the campsite, refer to the
explanatory brochure.
If you have not subscribed to the insurance cancellation methods are indicated in your contract, in
the paragraph "general rental conditions".


Q : Are animals accepted ?

A : We accept cats and dogs (except categories 1 and 2). The maximum weight of your animal must
not exceed 12 kilos. The dog must be kept on a leash on the campsite. Your dog can’t be leave alone
in the accommodation. Authorized animals must be tattooed or smoked. You will need to bring the
up-to-date vaccination card and pay a supplement.

A : You can your stay by credit card, bank transfer and cash

Q : How can I do to pay by credit card or bank transfer ?

If you choose the payment by credit card, you can contact us at and we will take the
payment by telephone (Distance Selling).
If you choose the bank transfer just ask and we will send you our bank details

Balance payment

Q : When do you have to pay the balance of your stay ?

A : We must receive the payment of your stay one month before your arrival.

Q : How can I pay the balance ?

A : If you made your reservation online: you will receive an email 1 month before your arrival tellingyou to pay your balance, you can choose the payment option of your choice.If you made your reservation by phone or email, you can pay your balance by credit card (bycontacting us on, or by bank transfer.


Arrival and departure times

Q : What are the arrival and departure times ?

A : The arrival and departure times vary according to the period and the type of accommodation.
In low season: April, May, June and September

For mobile homes: arrival from 11 a.m. and departure until 4 p.m. for short stays.
Arrival from 2.30 p.m. and departure until 10 a.m. for weekly stays and long stays.
For camping pitches: arrival from 2 p.m. to 12 p.m. and departure until 12 p.m.
In season: July and August
For mobile homes: arrival from 2.30 p.m. and departure until 10 a.m.
For pitches: from 2.30 p.m. to 12 p.m.

Q : How can we do if I arrive outside office hours ?

A : If you arrive before just go the the reception and we will tell you what to do.
In case of late arrival, inform us before and we will tell you what to do.


Q : How we ask a bail ?

A : A deposit per mobile home will be required on your arrival. The amount is € 250 for possible
damages and € 50 for possible cleaning. The deposit will be returned to you after inventory of
fixtures in the presence of the manager. If the cleaning has not been carried out, the deposit of 50 €
will be cashed.
The deposit can be made by credit card, this will be recorded in the campsite management software,
then deleted after an exit inventory, in the presence of a manager.


Q : Is Wifi present in the campsite ?

A : Wifi is present in full coverage of the campsite. A flat rate of € 2 / day - € 8 / week - € 15/2 weeks
will be requested if you wish to access it. You can reserve your package at the time of booking or
upon arrival or at any time during your stay.


Q : What activities are offered on the campsite? When do they start?

A : Find all the activities offered by the campsite on our site in the section,
The activities are only effective in July and August.

Q : Are daytime activities free? Do you have to register?

A : Yes, daytime entertainment is free except for the pétanque tournament (€ 4 for adults and € 2.50
for children). Registrations must be made prior to reception if this is mentioned in the entertainment

Q : And for evening entertainment?

A : Evenings such as karaoke, dance, concert, show are free and without registration. For the lottery
evening, the card are purchased at the start of the evening: € 2 per card, € 5 for 3 card and € 10 for 7
card. Themed meals are payable and upon registration at the snack bar.

Kids club

Q : Is the Kids club free ? When is effective ?

A: The kid's club is free, certain activities require prior registration. These can be done upon your
arrival at the campsite, after the welcome drink on Sunday.
The kids club is effective in July and August.


Q : Are swimming trunks allowed in swimming pools? Are swimming caps compulsory?

A: Access to the swimming pool is reserved for people in swimming boxers, one or two-piece
swimsuits, to the exclusion of any other outfit. Swimming caps are not compulsory.

Camping barriers

Q : What are the hours of the access barriers?

A : The barriers are open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
The campsite is accessible by car using the badge which is provided to you when registering at
reception. If you arrive late, we ask you to park your vehicle in the visitor parking at the entrance of
the campsite and to walk to your pitch.
As a reminder :
The speed inside the establishment is limited to 10 km / h and traffic is strictly prohibited between 11
p.m. and 7 a.m., for everyone's safety and respect for sleep.
Walking or cycling is allowed at any time.
Location of the campsite

Q : Is there a bus to go in town ?

A : In July and August, the "La Littorale" shuttle service goes to Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, St-Jean-deMonts and St-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie. The "Les Becs" stop is located 400 m from the campsite entrance.
Its price is 0.50 € per way.

Q : Where is the beach ?

A : The beach is 800 m from the campsite. It is accessible by wlak (about 15 minutes). You can have
access through the forest from the campsite, by bike paths or by car (about 3 min, free parking at the

Q : What does the campsite lend?

A : We lend at reception: vacuum cleaner, iron, kettle, hair dryer, baby bath and ping pong bats (ping
pong balls on sale at 0.50 € per unit).

Q : Do you propose box office services ?

A : Yes, we offer discounted tickets for: Atlantique Toboggan, Le Grand Parc du Puy du Fou
(reservation at least 72 hours in advance), Planète Sauvage, Ile d'Yeu and Explora Parc.

Q : Do you have a laundry ?

A : Yes, 3 washing machines and 2 dryers are available in the campsite laundry 24 hours a day.
Tokens are for sale at reception for € 4.50 per unit.


The mobil home and its pitch

Q : Is it possible to set up a tent next to the mobile home or on a pitch?

A : When renting a mobile home, it is compulsory to ask beforehand at the campsite reception if it is
possible to install a small tent instead of the car. For security and insurance reasons, the campsite
reserves the right to refuse the tent next to the mobile home.
In all cases, the campsite will systematically refuse the installation of a tent if the total number of
people exceeds the capacity of the mobile home.
However, you can rent a bare pitch, in order to set up a tent, in addition to your mobile home rental.

Q : Is it possible to choose a specific location?

A : Depending on availability, you can choose a specific location. This must be confirmed when
booking, preferably by phone. Depending on your request, we will allocate you accommodation as
close as possible to your wishes.

Q: Is it possible to book two mobile homes side by side?

A : Depending on availability, you can book two mobile homes side by side. This must be confirmed
when booking, preferably by phone.

Are sheets, duvets ... provided?

Q: Do the beds have duvets and pillows?

A : Pillows and duvets are provided in all our accommodation. We also provide mattress protectors
as well as pillow protectors.

Q : Are sheets and towels provided?

A : Towels and bed linen are not provided. However, you can rent sheets from the campsite when
you book. The rate is 12€ per bed per stay.


Q : Does your accommodation have a TV?

A : Television is included in accommodation price. There is no additional cost.

Air conditioning

Q : Does your accommodation have air conditioning?

A : None of our accommodation has air conditioning.

Baby Kit

Q : Can I rent a baby kit?

A : We offer the rental of various baby equipment separately or as a kit (chair and bed). The price of
the kit is 20 € for the week. The baby bed (equipped with an additional baby mattress) is rented
individually for 15 € per week and the high chair: 10 € per week.
The stock being limited, it will be preferable to reserve it before your arrival.
For hygienic reasons, sheets and mattress pads are not provided for the cot.
We also provide you with free baby room in the sanitary facilities.


Q : Is it possible to install a barbecue on a site?

A: Barbecues are not allowed on the pitches. You have at your disposal free collective spaces for
charcoal barbecues in the campsite.
You can use a small electric barbecue on your site, outside the mobile home and the terrace,
respecting the safety rules.


Q : Can I leave early in the morning?

A : Yes. You can leave before the reception opens. Be careful… for the respect of the sleep of our
holidaymakers, the barriers do not open until 7 am. If you wish to leave at dawn, we invite you to
leave your vehicle in the outdoor parking area and go there in peace on foot.
However, you must notify reception in advance so that we can give you the instructions to organize
your departure.
We remind you that you are responsible for your rental and that the inventory will therefore be
made without your presence.
The rental must be returned in perfect condition. Otherwise, we will be required to withhold your
household deposit.
